The Next Generation Semi-Automatic Carpet Wrapping Machine

The next-generation semi-automatic carpet wrapping machine allows you to roll up carpets quickly and efficiently while ensuring quality. The front table part of the machine is made from 50x90x3 mm profile and has a sturdy frame. After the carpet is wrapped, the chain gear system is used to drop it into the pool, utilizing the guidance and weight-bearing capabilities of the SCE 30 TYPE self-reversing bearing. The bearing shaft is 30 mm in diameter and induction-hardened.

The main wrapping body enables the carpet to be wrapped with the wrapping strap, thanks to its inch-sized cylinders. The main wrapping body and the front table part are sensor-controlled, making the process easier and more efficient. Furthermore, the machine’s electrostatic paint enhances its durability and ensures long-lasting use.
