The steel chrome-plated cylinder scraping system helps remove excess material from the fabric’s surface, ensuring a cleaner process. PVC, applied to the fabric as a pattern using a pneumatic pump, is processed as a design. The mixing tank allows for easy preparation of materials to be used during the finishing process.

In the oven section, the alignment system prevents belt slippage, ensuring a higher-quality process. The use of basalt wool for oven coating provides durability even at high temperatures. The moisture exhaust system helps control humidity inside the oven, while the exhaust hood system and exhaust fan provide ventilation after processing.

The machine is entirely electrostatically painted, ensuring a longer lifespan. Its PLC control and touchscreen make it easy to use, and the unloading support section allows for easy removal of fabrics after processing.
